A group of Asian intellectuals (co-founders) and academic colleagues from throughout the world created OPEN COLLEGE ASIA, Ltd., UK. The Open College Future Leaders-UK group of the OCFL-Global Accreditation Centre started the cooperative effort, which eventually resulted in the establishment of Open College Asia, registered with the UK Government under the number 16373334, with the SIC permit for first-degree higher education (85421), postgraduate higher education (85422), and professional certificates for ongoing professional development (85590). Open College Future Leaders, UK, is the principal owner of Open College Asia.
Open College Future Leaders is devoted to SME owners and entrepreneurs, Asian and global lifelong learners, CSR leaders, educators, and the professional community with affordable concepts for all. The Asian representative is Open College Asia, Ltd.
Now, Open College Future Leaders, UK, and Open College Asia, Ltd are in collaboration with PORTMAN College Malaysia, PORTMAN University USA, OCFL-Global Accreditation Centre, and International Agency Partners.
