1. (A) GLGLOBAL PROGRAMMES , Postgraduate for Local Entrepreneurs
SME leaders increasingly require an MBA. We aim to make it more accessible for SME professionals to acquire both practical knowledge and an international postgraduate degree, which has historically been perceived as a luxury despite being as essential as foundational knowledge.
Global Open College for All offers postgraduate distance programmes dedicated to SME owners, entrepreneurs, and SME managers in developing countries.
We aim to bridge international values through an affordable educational model.
Open Executive MBA/MBM/MBS at Open College Asia :
A six-month accelerated programme featuring the following components:
1) An online video lecture library with review tasks;
2) Full recognition based on professional experience;
3) SME research papers.
This programme is specifically designed for entrepreneurs and SME leaders.
Open College operates under a postgraduate SIC permit and complies with UK government regulations regarding student data protection.
Upon completion of the programme, graduates may qualify for an optional dual degree. This option includes either online or offline graduation and validation, conducted in collaboration with the Malaysian partner campus, PORTMAN College. The programme also includes a one-day international masterclass for all graduates, culminating in the award of a dual open degree: an MBA (Master of Business Administration), or an MBS (Master of Business Studies), or an MBM (Master of Business Management).
INTERNATIONAL CPD (CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT) ACCREDITED
Internationally, there are programs available to obtain an Open Executive MBA, MBM, MBS,PgD or Open College Associate degrees, as well as a Certified Professional in SME Management and Entrepreneurship, Indonesian Case Study. With the presence of over 17 thousand islands, almost 300 million people, and over 65 million SMEs and micro-entrepreneurs, it becomes a fascinating study. 1.(B) PORTMAN University (located in the US) is helping us offer DBA in SME Management/Entrepreneurship, and they aim to receive accreditations from both ASIC (UK) and DEAC (USA) in the process of achieving ISO 21001 certification.

3. INTERNATIONAL BOOT CAMPS
You may collaborate with us to host an international boot camp in Malaysia for professionals or students through a hybrid learning format.
We welcome all professionals and lifelong learners. Our hybrid classes are designed to be affordable for a wide range of learners.
CEOs of local SMEs, particularly in Asia and globally, are encouraged to read Spirit and Opportunities.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes with international recognition are delivered through Open College distance learning and international boot camp classes conducted directly on campus at PORTMAN College, Selangor, Malaysia.
All study subjects will participate in hybrid accelerated programmes that combine prior learning recognition, distance learning (online study), and international boot camps.
As shown in the images below, in collaboration with PORTMAN College Malaysia for the CSR Managers Boot Camp was conducted for several Indonesian state-owned enterprises on 18–19 September 2024 and 17–18 September 2025. Participants received International Certified CSR Management credentials and international awards. In addition, a separate boot camp was organised for Indonesian entrepreneurs to strengthen their business skills.
4. INDONESIAN STUDY
In collaboration with Javawood Studios Academy Network, NusaArts College Community, and Open College Asia, international students can earn an international online courses degree, or offline degree.
In order to create cultural screen lab learning networks that preserve cultural assets as creative arts assets, we are integrating into local Java arts (Sanggar Javawood Network) studio networks with diverse backgrounds.

5) Multidisciplinary international college programs.
In collaboration with PORTMAN College, Malaysia—an MQA-accredited, world-ranking campus located in Selangor near Kuala Lumpur—and Open College Asia, which operates under a UK Government permit and holds SIC code 85421 for first-degree higher education as well as accreditation as a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provider.
We help bridge international values. This initiative is offered as an affordable subsidy programme.
To strengthen competence for the global future, which requires more than expertise in a single field of study, multidisciplinary online global lecture programmes and international class experiences are offered to enable international students to obtain academic degrees in additional disciplines through an accelerated system. For example, after completing three years of study in business, a student may undertake one year of study in communication to earn an associate degree with us. Other disciplines may also be pursued to further expand academic and professional knowledge.
The acceleration programme has a duration of nine months.
Graduation: conducted in Malaysia at PORTMAN College, either on campus or online.
Associate of Arts (A.A.) or Associate of Business Management (A.BM), awarded by Open College Asia in collaboration with PORTMAN College Malaysia. An associate degree is an academic qualification typically awarded by colleges and higher education institutions, particularly in developed countries.
